An appeal may only be submitted after a bill for an overdue fee and/or replacement charge has been assessed.

Please state in detail the reason(s) for your billing appeal. Supporting documentation may be included.

Billing appeal decisions will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Notification of a decision will be sent via email within 5 business days.
