Collection Management Strategy Refresh

This initiative will look holistically at the disposition of Library collections. This will be done with an eye toward assuring we have impactful, well-used collections available immediately to the public in the Library while making best use of our off-site storage to continue to hold materials available for users on short notice paging. RFID will allow for new methodologies in loss management and shelf reading techniques. We will also connect to and leverage related projects such as CoDiLe and affordable course material efforts to maximize the impact of our resource investments.
