Intended Outcomes

Phase 1:

  • Gather information to understand in greater detail what is currently stored at the Annex, including information such as number of items, formats, age and usage, when possible
  • Gather information about the physical space and how it is being used, with an eye towards future plans, growth and space concerns
  • Evaluate the location of collections, and if they are properly stored given environmental conditions. Also, evaluate if current collections would be better organized for efficiency of space.

Phase 2:

  • Using data and information gathered in Phase 1, create a list of potential projects, organized according to priority, general timelines, and other considerations needed to complete them; this list will inform future projects and shape collection management projects for the future
